Ingredients: garland thorn, horsetail, willowherb, cypress, St. John's wort, mountain tea (ironwort)
How to use: fill one handful (2 tablespoons) of the mixture with 1.5 liters of boiled water. Leave for 6-8 minutes, then strain. Take one cup three times a day, before each meal. Shake well before use.
