Ingredients: echinacea (coneflowers), astragalus, rosehip, fennel seeds, nettle, mountain tea (ironwort), hibiscus
How to use: fill one handful (2 tablespoons) of the mixture with 1.5 liters of boiled water. Leave for 6-8 minutes, then strain. Take one cup three times a day, before each meal. Shake well before use.
