Athos Recipes | Mix of Herbs to Lower Cholesterol 200 gr

Ingredients: dandelion, nettle, lemon verbena, sage, milfoil, mountain tea (ironwort), rosehip, fennel seeds

How to use: fill one handful (2 tablespoons) of the mixture with 1.5 liters of boiled water. Leave for 6-8 minutes, then strain. Take one cup three times a day, before each meal. Shake well before use.
