Athos Recipes | Mix of Herbs for UTI Treatment 200 gr

Ingredients: nettle, oregano, lemon verbena, mountain tea (ironwort), rosehip, fennel seeds, sea buckthorn leaves

How to use: fill one handful (2 tablespoons) of the mixture with 1.5 liters of boiled water. Leave for 6-8 minutes, then strain. Take one cup three times a day, before each meal. Shake well before use.
