It is an aromatic herb that acts as a diuretic and expectorant, calms the nerves and lowers blood pressure, increases perspiration, relieves cramps and improves digestion.

Linden decoctions and teas have a positive effect on hypertension, arteriosclerosis, heart and digestive disorders accompanied by anxiety, inflammation of the urinary tract, flu, respiratory catarrh, migraines, nervous tension and headaches. Lime strengthens the immune system and helps prevent heart disease by lowering cholesterol and relaxing the arteries.
